Overview
I am hiring a Maintenance Technician to join my clients facilities team in Rotterdam. This role ensures the apartments and guest spaces are maintained to a high operational and safety standard through ongoing maintenance and repair work.

Your Experience
- Practical experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or serviced buildings
- Hands-on ability across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Your Responsibilities
- Execute daily maintenance requests and preventative tasks
- Conduct inspections to ensure building systems are fully functional
- Liaise with contractors for specialist work when needed
- Record maintenance activities and report recurring issues
