Overview
I am looking for a skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a collection of serviced apartments and short-stay properties in Amsterdam. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and presented to a high standard.
Non-Dutch speakers are welcome to apply.

Your Experience
- Previous experience in hotel, property, or facilities maintenance
- Competence in general repairs including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills a plus
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance tasks across assigned buildings
- Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by staff or guests
- Support health and safety standards through regular inspections
- Keep clear records of maintenance work and materials used
