Litigation Solicitor – Exeter
Rare and exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 law firm in Exeter in their award winning Housing Management team.
The firm are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded housing management team.
You will enjoy an interesting and varied role to include disputes related to housing stock and tenant conduct, disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions, breach of tenancy injunctions, possession claims, property and land disputes, and leasehold disputes.
The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years PQE in litigation. Any supervisory / management experience would be advantageous as you will be expected to supervise junior team members

Salary: £50000 – £60000 per annum
