Litigation Paralegal / Legal Executive – Exeter

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join a leading international law firm.

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices spread across the UK, Middle East and Far East. They are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their top-tier Litigation team in Exeter.

The role will involve handling your own varied caseload. This will include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims involving (but not limited to) property, construction and consumer contracts;
  • Reviewing and advising on legal expense cover;
  • Assisting partners and senior solicitors with more substantial disputes;
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships;
  • Participating actively in marketing initiatives, including training days / seminars;
  • Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures and service level agreements, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal or legal executive with civil litigation experience. You must have experience of running cases from start to finish.
