Job Title: Commercial Property Associate- Boutique City
Salary: £80,000-£100,000
PQE Level: 2-4PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a highly profitable boutique practice located in the City, punches above its size in the market, offering a quality of work akin to a large City law firm with a vastly improved work/life balance and enhanced career progression opportunities.
Commercial property is one of their key service lines and they are active players in the up to £150m space and are able to draw on a market leading private wealth offering that has a number of longstanding ultra-high net worths and entrepreneurs who are very active investors, alongside commercial and mixed-use developers, institutional investors, asset managers and corporate tenants.
The successful candidate will have high quality City or West End experience of property acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant, asset management and structuring.
