Description
- Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and licences.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements in line with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations within the technology and telecoms sector.
- Offer legal support for property disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Assist with due diligence processes for property acquisitions or divestment’s.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks related to property transactions.
- Support internal teams with legal guidance on property-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related legal activities.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel – Property should have:
- UK Qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years PQE
- Experience in property law, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry.
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal agreements with precision.
- A strong understanding of property compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing legal risks and responsibilities.
