An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic thinker who is also happy to roll up their sleeves and build the HR function from the ground up.

Description

  • Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes

  • Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases

  • Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities

  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals

  • Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles

  • Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch

  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Job Offer

  • Competitive day rate c. £300-£350 via Umbrella company
  • 3-6 months initially
  • Potential to turn into permanent
  • Working hours between 9am-6pm
