The role can be based at our Regional Office in Warwick, with travel to sites as when needed.

Description

As HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor across multiple sites, supporting complex employee relations matters and the full employment lifecycle.

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policy, employment law, data protection, and confidentiality.

  • Support and deliver regional and global HR strategies through the planning and execution of key projects.

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation-from Line Managers to Senior Directors-building strong relationships and ensuring a consistent, high-quality HR service.

  • Regularly visit sites to maintain close working relationships and deliver hands-on support.

  • Manage a busy caseload involving grievance, disciplinary, absence management, and structural change.

  • Lead on policy reviews in collaboration with the HR Policy Lead and align HR practices across the wider organisation.

  • Coach and empower leaders to manage teams effectively, with integrity and professionalism.

Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a busy, generalist HR environment, ideally within a regulated or unionised sector.

  • Qualified to CIPD Level 7

  • Confident in handling complex casework and employment matters, with sound knowledge of UK employment law.

  • A Skilled Communicator: clear, professional, and able to build trust across diverse teams.

  • Organised & Analytical, with the ability to manage information, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.

  • Values-Driven, with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
