Job Title: Head of Hotels – Expanding Group – London
Salary: Up to £200,000
Location: London
We’re supporting a fast-growing hospitality brand in the search for a Head of Hotels to oversee the performance, people, and operations across their expanding hotel portfolio. This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day delivery — ensuring every property lives up to brand standards, drives revenue, and delivers a standout guest experience.
About the Role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end guest experience across all brands, with a focus on quality, consistency, and emotional connection
- Lead the senior hotel team across Operations, Commercial, and Brand to deliver performance targets and operational efficiency
- Develop and support General Managers and site leaders, building a strong leadership pipeline
- Oversee hotel openings, including planning, team setup, and operational readiness
- Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, drive profitability, and review performance
- Ensure systems, processes, and technology are in place to support scale
- Act as a key partner to the CEO and COO on new projects, concepts, and group planning
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of senior hotel leadership, ideally across multiple sites or brands
- Confident driving both operational performance and brand consistency
- Commercially sharp, with experience improving revenue and margins
- Brings a collaborative, hands-on leadership style and strong people skills
- Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
- Tech-savvy and open to innovation, with experience implementing new systems
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
