We are partnering with a hugely successful, independent group to find a talented Head Chef for their flagship West London site. This will be a high-volume, wet-led venue renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and exceptional Mediterranean-inspired small plates.
This Head Chef role is perfect for a creative, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and wants full autonomy over a dynamic kitchen. If you have a passion for fresh produce, menu innovation, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
The Role: Head Chef
- Cuisine:Â Mediterranean small plates
- Volume:Â up to 300 daily covers
- Team:Â Lead a brigade of 7/8 chefs
- Hours:Â 48-hour contract, 7-day operation (kitchen closes at 10 PM)
- Scope:Â 80% hands-on, with full P&L and menu control
The Ideal Head Chef:
- A proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens
- Creative with a passion for Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce
- A natural, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Commercially astute, with an understanding of GP and kitchen management
