Role: Head Chef
You’ll lead a team of five, working to a trusted core menu while having the freedom to design and deliver your own specials.
What you will do
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations and lead your team by example.
- Maintain consistency across all dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Develop weekly and seasonal specials that reflect your creativity.
- Manage ordering, cost control, and kitchen standards.

- A Head Chef with 2 years experience
- Experience in a fresh-food, Gastro pub-style kitchen.
- A calm leader who motivates and trains others.
- A passion for honest cooking and great flavour.
