Overview
We’re seeking a Head Chef to spearhead the Hospitality food operations for an expanding hospitality group specializing in workplace dining, events, and delivery services across London and the South-East. The Head Chef will oversee a dedicated state-of-the-art kitchen, serving a mixture of B&I client’s with highly elevated cuisine tailored to their different need’s. We are seeking a hands-on, exceptionally organised Head Chef who can handle high-volume kitchens and managing up to 10 chefs at a time. This is an incredible role and opportunity!

Requirements:
- Senior Experience: Minimum 4 years at Head Chef level in B&I and Contract Catering settings.
- Volume Expertise: Proven track record in high-volume production (500+ covers daily).
- Leadership Excellence: Experience building and leading teams of 10+ in the kitchen!
