We’re recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a stylish 4-star boutique hotel on the edge of London’s legal and financial district. The property combines historic architecture with modern interiors and offers a high-quality food and beverage experience across multiple outlets, just a short walk from Temple and Blackfriars stations.

About the role
- As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Develop menus, introduce creative concepts, and uphold food standards.
- Oversee the modern British European restaurant, wine bar, and meetings & events operation.
- Deliver and elevated dining experience to 1 or 2 rosette standards.
- Manage budgets, costs, and suppliers with autonomy.
- Mentor and build a high-performing team.
- Play a key role in shaping the guest dining experience.
