Description

Lead the preparation and delivery of the monthly management accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and key financial insights.

Oversee supplier payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and deadlines.

Manage and develop a small team of two Management Accountants, providing mentoring, guidance, and performance oversight.

Drive commercial decision-making through insightful financial analysis and business partnering across departments.

Take ownership of financial controls and support broader business activities, including auditing returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.
Profile
We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.
Job Offer
