Finance Litigation – NQ-3 Years – Bristol
Location: Bristol or Birmingham (with flexible hybrid working)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Associate Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join its nationally recognised Financial Services Disputes & Investigations (FSDI) team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the largest financial litigation teams in the country, advising major financial institutions on a wide range of contentious matters.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing a varied caseload of financial services disputes
Advising clients on commercial litigation, insurance, and property-related claims
Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and strategic advice
Participating in business development and client relationship activities
Collaborating with colleagues across multiple UK offices
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with:
NQ-3 years PQE in financial disputes, commercial litigation, or related areas
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
