Employment Associate 3-5 PQE
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Employment Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing and dynamic team. This position is based in our London office and offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded and entrepreneurial law firm.
- Handle a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts, discrimination, terminations, and restructurings
- Conduct research, draft legal documents, and assist with negotiations and settlements
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and tribunal proceedings
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and other team members on complex employment cases
Requirements
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law within a reputable law firm
- Qualified solicitor with solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Excellent academic background and a demonstrable track record of managing complex cases
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and deliver high-quality client service

Responsibilities
- Reviewing client queries and providing timely, practical advice
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Attending client meetings and representing the firm at networking events
- Conducting legal research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments
- Collaborating with colleagues on firm-wide initiatives to promote diversity and inclusivity
