Overview

The Dutch Speaking Buyer will support procurement operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany by conducting pricing analysis, managing supplier data, and delivering actionable reports. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, strong Excel skills, and a commercially driven mindset.

Description

  • Conduct accurate benchmarking and market price analysis to support stakeholder decisions and business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to gather and clarify product information.
  • Deliver structured benchmark reports with clear summaries and insights.
  • Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing reports and data analysis.
  • Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, meaningful format.
  • Support the sales team and assist clients, escalating urgent issues when needed.
  • Set up new supplier and client accounts in internal systems.
  • Track RFP statuses and log outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Prepare sales reports to support meetings and decision-making.

Profile

The successful candidate must speak fluent dutch & have the experience with the above
