Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory)
- Extensive experience in international leisure and group sales
- A strong network of agency, consortia, and tour operator contacts
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility)
- Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
