Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus (Negotiable)
I am hiring on behalf of my 5-star luxury hotel client in Houston, part of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World. The property recently completed a $10M full renovation and is now under new management, with a strong leadership team and a renewed vision to reclaim Forbes-rated status.
We’re seeking a charismatic, hands-on F&B leader with a strong luxury background—someone who leads from the front, partners closely with the Executive Chef, and brings both showmanship and technical skill to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Remi, an upscale American Bar & Grille with light Italian influence
- Manage Tea Room, Ballroom, Catering, Events, and In-Room Dining
- Lead a team of ~40 | F&B Revenue: $3.5M–$4M
- Report directly to the General Manager
