Our client is a market leader in their industry situated in the heart of St Albans. Due to business growth, they are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their already successful team.
Your role
- Customer service support on both phone and emails
- Updating the in-house system
- Dealing with correspondence to and from clients
- Reporting
- Working to regulatory requirements
- Adhering to SLA’s
- General admin
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience in a regulated environment would also be desirable.
