My client is a Legal 500-ranked firm in Berkshire with an opportunity for you to join a thriving and established COP team. You will play a key role in supporting clients through complex legal processes, collaborating with market-leading partners and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
You should be adept at preparing applications, controlling budgets, and supervising tax affairs with high accuracy. A practical approach to resolving issues, critical thinking, and informed decision-making is essential. Experience in networking and building professional relationships is also important. In this role, you will assist the team in managing high-value deputyships and private trust cases, you will prepare and submit various types of applications to the Court of Protection, assist in the purchase and adaptation of properties to meet clients’ specific needs, and manage clients’ budgets and investments.
