Corporate Solicitor – Worcester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Corporate Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join this regional firm in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
- Providing support on corporate finance transactions
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Assisting with business development activities and client relationship management
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
- Experience in corporate law and transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development
Day-to-Day
- Engaging in direct client interaction and providing high-quality legal advice
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients
- Managing a varied workload
- Continuing professional development through internal and external training opportunities
