Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Salisbury

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a seasoned Solicitor to join a thriving Corporate & Commercial team in Salisbury. If you’re looking to make a real impact in a well-established, forward-thinking department, this could be your moment.

The Role
You’ll handle a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including:

  • Business sales and acquisitions
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Structuring joint ventures and partnerships
  • Advising on de-mergers and company restructures
  • Navigating shareholder agreements and disputes

Candidate Requirements
We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring:

  • At least 5 years’ PQE, with an existing client following and the drive to build your own caseload
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for growing the department
  • A proactive approach to networking, marketing, and business development
  • Availability to work from the Salisbury office at least three days a week
