Our client is a full-service global law firm they are recognised for their knowledge and leading work across all sectors. Despite their size and scope, the firm has a very collegiate environment and invests heavily in training and development, and are now seeking a commercial solicitor for a unique hybrid private practice/in house position.
You would be joining a specialist, agile team who are currently assisting on a major ‘managed legal service’ contract. Reporting to the principal lawyer within the commercial team, you can expect to be involved in a range of tasks, including providing clear and concise legal advice, taking client instructions, working on a wide range of contracts, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, meeting and negotiating with opposing parties, and much more.
