Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly established and growing commercial property team. This commercial property solicitor will be joining the successful commercial property team in Cardiff.
This commercial property team are progressive and growing at an impressive rate. You’ll be working on an exciting commercial property caseload with a supportive team.
You will be working on a general commercial property caseload of sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, development and corporate support.
Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in commercial property.
On offer is a good salary and package dependant on experience. You’ll be joining a firm that is entrenched in the legal market in Cardiff, working on a high quality of work.
