An excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in Wiltshire.

Our client are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer of ideally 2 + PQE to join their well-developed team and to handle a broad range of property sales and acquisitions, refinancing and leases. The team have particular specialisms in working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy and diversification projects. In addition, the well-regarded team are also panel solicitors dealing with a wide range of pension property work.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a key member of a well-established team acting for a variety of clients on a broad range of high-quality work.

You should be IT literate with exceptionally strong communication skills and be able to work effectively independently.
