Job title: Commercial (IT & Data) Solicitor
Salary: £75k-£100k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 6+

My client is a UK Top 50 firm with one of the region’s leading commercial teams, recognised for its outstanding expertise in IT, technology, and data protection law. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to specialise in a rapidly growing and technically sophisticated area of practice – an opportunity few firms outside London can offer, both in terms of the quality and profile of work on offer.
You’ll advise on high-value data and IT commercial contracts, emerging technologies law, and complex regulatory matters, alongside other work whilst enjoying real autonomy to shape your role and build on an exceptional platform. The firm encourages initiative, and you’ll be supported to generate your own opportunities and develop relationships aligned with your interests and business development goals.
The firm is seeking a strong commercial lawyer with solid experience in contract work and a genuine passion for technology and data.
