Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Associate – Swindon

We’re working with a highly regarded regional firm looking to grow its Commercial Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Solicitor or Associate to be based in their Swindon office.

With the flexibility of hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and genuinely welcoming team.

  • Business development and client relationship management

The ideal candidate will bring solid dispute resolution experience and a confident, client-focused approach. You’ll be comfortable running your own matters and contributing to team workstreams, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

You’ll also be involved in cross-office collaboration across the wider dispute resolution practice, so there’s real scope to broaden your experience and profile.

What’s on offer:

  • Hybrid working and flexible office locations (Bristol, Bath, or Swindon)
  • A warm, inclusive team culture
  • Access to strong internal support and mentoring
  • A varied client base and real involvement in business development
  • A range of tailored benefits including private medical, dental, health checks and more
  • A lively calendar of social and networking events
