Job title: Childcare Solicitor

Location: Woking

Salary: £35k-£42k – depending on experience

PQE Level: 1-3

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This role will see you work alongside an experienced partner working with victims on complex work and bringing claims against the individuals responsible. You will work alongside and learn from a partner who is recognised as a leading practitioner in this area of work in the Legal 500 and deals with high profile cases.

You will be heavily involved in a range of cases and will be expected to have previous experience in Family law with a firm interest in public-focused work. This is an excellent opportunity not just to join an established team, but also to be part of the future development and expansion of the department. Suitable candidates will already have a working knowledge or exposure to care proceedings and court matters, any experience in advocacy is also highly valued. Overall, a rewarding role that makes a real difference.
