About the Role:
We’re working with a leading flexible workspace provider that’s looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand their corporate client base across New Zealand. You’ll be focused on developing new partnerships with mid-to-large organisations (200+ employees), driving revenue growth, and helping companies discover smarter, more flexible ways to work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their workspace needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise growth potential.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, performance, and forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Skilled at engaging and selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently.
