I am collaborating a prominent establishment in the culinary world, known for its exquisite French cuisine and impeccable service, who is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
- Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
- Assist with the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years Assistant General Manager restaurant experience
- Experience in a upscale, fine dining restaurant
- Strong people management and development skills
- Solid Negotiation and Mediation skills
- Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
