Description
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process payment runs while adhering to deadlines.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address queries effectively.
- Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure all accounts payable processes comply with internal controls and regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
