( Hybrid is offered 2 days a week home, 3 days office after probation )

Your role

  • Support and account manage B2B clients
  • Take ownership of enquiries
  • Champion strong customer service and relationships
  • Coordinate and work closely with internal teams
  • Work to SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Deal with all communication via calls and emails
  • Management of internal CRM systems

Ideal candidate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proactive and organised
  • Strong Customer service experience
  • B2B experience desirable
  • Team player
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of working to KPI’s and SLA’s
  • High level of inbound call or email experience
