Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50 cold calls daily
  • Track and follow up on call backs
  • Update and maintain our CRM
  • Occasionally attend face-to-face meetings
  • Retain and upgrade existing customer base (90% new business)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Prior sales experience is essential
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confident with numbers
  • Ability to communicate across all levels
  • Outgoing and able to quickly build rapport

Salary & Hours:

  • £30,000 base salary (DOE)
  • OTE Year 1: £42,000; Year 3: £66,000+
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
