COREcruitment was founded in 2005. We have grown over the years to become one of the leading international recruitment consultancies with hubs in the UK, USA & Canada, France, the Netherlands, South Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East. Our specialist consultants are experts in all sectors within the service industry, from hospitality, restaurants, bars, foodservice, leisure, retail, FMCG, facilities management, events, IT, head office and support roles but also with its dedicated NED, Executive Search and Real Estate divisions, providing both permanent and interim management recruitment solutions, worldwide.

In 2023, COREcruitment became the first UK recruitment agency to be certified as LGBT+ owned.

Since 2018, we have been hosting many webinars and interviews, publishing articles, running monthly networking groups such as CORE LGBTQ+, CORE Female Leaders, BAME Network and special events such as International Women’s Day, Lesbian Visibility Week, LGBTQIA+ History Month, London Pride Month, Black History Month…These initiatives have been created to help increase visibility of all underrepresented communities, raise awareness, reinforce a sense of belonging and inspire as many as possible!
