Maintenance Manager – Multi-Outlet Restaurant Group (9 Outlets) Location: Uganda
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our restaurant group. This pivotal role ensures that our outlets run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and schedule a team of Commercial Kitchen and Refrigeration Technicians.
- Scheduling & Oversight: Create and adjust maintenance schedules for timely issue resolution.
- Equipment Management: Ensure peak performance of all kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between outlets, technicians, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to emergencies and implement long-term solutions.
- Budget Management: Monitor costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Training: Guide technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years in a management or supervisory maintenance role.
- Experience managing multi-site operations and rotating shift teams.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
