Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
Salary: $55,000 USD tax-free + $12,000–$16,000 additional earnings

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing restaurant group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join their busy, dinner-only operation.
The Opportunity
- Join a $5M+ annual revenue restaurant operation with approximately 145 seats across two unique concepts
- Lead and support a 50+ person team across FOH operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience
- Work alongside ownership and the culinary team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Support reservations, floor management, service recovery, training, scheduling and daily operations
- Opportunity for career progression and increased responsibility as the company expands into additional concepts
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of hospitality experience, ideally with previous FOH management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
- Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills
- Caribbean hospitality experience is a plus
- Comfortable relocating to Providenciales and working approximately 60 hours per week
- Single-status preferred due to the nature of the relocation
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 USD tax-free salary
- Approximately $12,000–$16,000 additional annual earnings through service charge & tip pool
