Operations Manager
Location: Miami
Salary: $100,000–$130,000
Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its global presence. They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry.
- Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.
- Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico.
- Oversee suppliers, 3PL partners, freight, and warehousing.
- Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets.
- Track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Support the brand’s sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
