Job Title: Real Estate Finance Senior Associate- Prestigious Boutique City law firm
Salary: £107,000-£115,000
PQE Level: 5-7 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:
Our longstanding client, a highly prestigious and profitable boutique City law firm with a strong private capital client base.

Role:
Joining a close-knit team advising lenders and borrowers with a particular strength within the private capital space including family offices, UHNW investors, as well as asset managers and private banks.

  • Running real estate finance transactions from start to finish on behalf of lenders and borrowers, often with an international dimension
  • All aspects of REF including development, re-financing, acquisitions, investment
  • Facility, security, intercreditor agreements

  • 5-8PQE, England & Wales Qualified
  • Currently working for a dedicated real estate finance team within a Top 100 London or leading regional firm
