Solicitor – Residential Property – North Somerset – 5 Years PQE
Location: North Somerset
Type of Role: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join its busy and highly regarded conveyancing team in North Somerset. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload and play a key role within a thriving department.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Purchases (registered, unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
- Sales (registered, unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
- Re mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
You will work closely with clients, delivering a high standard of service while managing files efficiently and confidently.
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Based in the North Somerset office
- Hybrid working available (3 days office / 2 days home) following an induction period
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Is confident handling a full and varied caseload independently
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge across all core residential property areas
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Is organised, proactive and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Delivers high quality client care with excellent attention to detail
