Job Title: Mid-Sized Global City Law Firm- Incentives Senior Associate-5 +
Salary: £115,000-£135,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm:
- Mid-Sized Global City law firm with ambitious growth plans and an enviable client list.
Role:
- Transactional support including public and private M&A and IPOs
- Designing and implementing share plans
- EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP
- Senior executive tax planning including internationally mobile executives
- Remuneration policies/governance
- Equity incentives for private equity

Successful candidate:
- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 5-10 PQE
- Currently working within a dedicated share schemes/incentives law firm in the UK or accountancy firm ( must be a qualified solicitor)
