Known for creating seriously cool, visually stunning, high-volume venues that dominate social feeds, this group is preparing to launch a brand-new flagship site in Manchester — and they’re looking for a standout General Manager from the London bar scene to lead it.

The Role
As General Manager, you’ll:
- Lead the launch of a major new opening in Manchester
- Build, train and inspire a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium bar environment
- Drive revenue through atmosphere, service and operational excellence
- Own the P&L and hit ambitious targets
- Be the face of the brand in a brand-new market
- This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who thrives in volume, loves nightlife, and understands how to create a vibe that keeps guests coming back.
Who We’re Looking For
We want a London-based bar leader who is:
- Currently a GM in a high-volume, premium or experiential bar
- Used to £50k–£100k+ weekly turnovers
- Confident managing big teams (30+ staff)
- Commercially sharp and operationally strong
- Passionate about drinks, music, design and guest experience
- Excited about relocating to Manchester and making their mark
You’ll bring London standards, creativity and ambition and help shape one of Manchester’s most talked-about openings of the year.
