Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000–$75,000+ annual salary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Asian Chef to lead a full-production kitchen in a 50–60 seat restaurant. This role covers both lunch and dinner service and requires hands-on experience with woks, dim sum brunch, and innovative Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations for lunch and dinner services.
- Prepare high-quality Asian dishes with precision and creativity.
- Oversee dim sum brunch service.
- Manage and mentor a kitchen team of 8.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu development and specials.
- Support food cost and labor targets for a $1–2 million annual revenue operation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in wok cooking and Asian culinary techniques.
- Dim sum brunch experience required.
- Strong creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Team Size: 8 culinary staff
