Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000–$75,000+ annual salary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Asian Chef to lead a full-production kitchen in a 50–60 seat restaurant. This role covers both lunch and dinner service and requires hands-on experience with woks, dim sum brunch, and innovative Asian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations for lunch and dinner services.
  • Prepare high-quality Asian dishes with precision and creativity.
  • Oversee dim sum brunch service.
  • Manage and mentor a kitchen team of 8.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.
  • Assist in menu development and specials.
  • Support food cost and labor targets for a $1–2 million annual revenue operation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in wok cooking and Asian culinary techniques.
  • Dim sum brunch experience required.
  • Strong creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Team Size: 8 culinary staff
