What You Will Be Doing
- Turning raw data into clear, compelling stories the team can take action on.
- Running campaign reporting (NPD launches, discounts, channels, local vs national activity).
- Segmenting customers and helping the brand understand who buys what, when, and why.
- Presenting insights to franchise partners, marketing, finance, and leadership.
- Spotting trends and opportunities across products, restaurants, and channels.
- Bringing proactive ideas to the table, not just answering briefs.
This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly influence commercial decisions.
What You Bring
- Strong numerical & analytical skills (Excel, BI tools like Power BI).
- Ability to turn data into a story, not just charts.
- Confidence working across all levels of the business.
- High energy, curiosity, and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or fast moving consumer environments is a bonus.
- 1–3 years in a similar insight, analytics, or marketing analysis role.
