Overview
I am looking for a skilled Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations across Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland. This remote role offers responsibility for multiple properties, with a focus on standardising processes, supporting local teams, and optimising operational efficiency.

Your Experience
- Technical education or degree in building services (TGA) or related field
- Leadership experience in multi-site maintenance or facility management
- Strong knowledge of technical building systems, MSR technology, and safety regulations
- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and optimising preventive and corrective maintenance
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance tools
- Willingness to travel regularly across your cluster
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee, standardise, and optimise maintenance operations across multiple properties
- Lead, support, and train local technical teams
- Ensure compliance with all technical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Plan and manage maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments efficiently
- Implement sustainability and energy optimisation initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and insurance cases
- Monitor performance and contribute to long-term technical strategy
