Are you an experienced employment lawyer ready to move away from fee-earning while staying engaged in high-level legal work? A leading commercial law firm with a strong reputation for excellence is looking to appoint an Employment Knowledge Lawyer to support its top-ranked team.
This strategic role sits at the heart of the employment practice, driving quality, compliance, and continuous development. You’ll collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters, shape internal guidance and precedents, and lead on training and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance team capability and consistency.
The firm welcomes applications from those with existing PSL or knowledge management experience, as well as senior associates seeking a new direction that leverages their technical expertise and mentoring strengths.
