Temporary Receptionist MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS OUTLINE BELOW

8am to 5pm

Monday to Friday

Start mid/end November to mid/end December

Short distance from Liverpool St station

The candidate MUST have prior experience as a Receptionist with Mac, G-Suite knowledge, MUST also have previously held the role Fire Marshall and First Aider in the workplace.

The candidate should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing emails to employees. They should also possess a friendly demeanour so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Manage e-mail account
  • Support team with tasks on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensure common spaces are always maintained to a high standard
