Are you an experienced leader with a passion for transforming young lives?
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted GOOD-rated Children’s Home, supporting one young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a solo placement.

What You’ll Do
·Lead with Heart: Inspire, support, and guide your team to deliver exceptional care.
·Champion Safeguarding: Ensure every child is safe, respected, and heard.
·Drive Quality: Maintain Ofsted compliance, lead inspections, and implement improvements that make a difference.
·Build Connections: Work closely with local authorities, social workers, schools, and health professionals to create wraparound support.
·Grow and Develop: Motivate your team, celebrate successes, and encourage learning and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
·Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
·Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.
·Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care.
·A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
·Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
