Role: Sous Chef
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
What you will do
- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Lead shifts and manage the team when required.
- Ensure top standards of presentation, taste, and service.
- Contribute to menu planning and development.
- Manage ordering, stock, and kitchen cleanliness.
What we’re looking for
- An experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous.
- Proven background in fresh, gastro-style cooking.
- A strong communicator who works well under pressure.
- A genuine passion for honest food and teamwork.
