Role: Sous Chef

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and consistency across all dishes.

What you will do

  • Support and stand in for the Head Chef when needed.
  • Lead shifts and motivate a small, focused team.
  • Maintain excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Contribute ideas for new dishes and specials.
  • Handle stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance.

What we’re looking for

  • A capable Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to progress.
  • Experience in fresh, quality-driven pubs or restaurants.
  • A confident team leader with strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for great food and high standards.
